She is a licensed dietitian, certified personal trainer, and an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Exercise Physiologist. Dr. Zaldivar has previously taught nutrition at Miami College and is currently a content creator on YouTube and Instagram, where she helps others achieve their fitness goals, heal their bodies using ancestral meals, mindset, and anti aging strategies.

In this episode, Dr. Zaldivar discusses the Carnivore Diet and its impact on health and weight loss transformation. We explore how the Carnivore Diet and exercise can restore brain D2 dopamine receptors, enhancing weight loss and overall well-being.
